Rede Maisnova FM went on air on March 10, 1999, taking the place of Rádio São Francisco FM in Caxias do Sul, generating satellite programming 24 hours a day for the cities of Vacaria, Marau, Garibaldi and Soledade. More recently, the 102.5 MHz radio station in Passo Fundo joined the Network. The last two stations to join Maisnova FM were the radio stations in Vila Flores and Lagoa Vermelha. In May 2011, Rede Maisnova gained another affiliate, Maisnova Sarandi 90.7 FM. On February 17, 2014, Rede Maisnova inaugurated its 10th station, Alfa FM radio gave way to Maisnova Pelotas 94.5mhz.Rede Maisnova has a new, popular format, with live broadcasting, generating its satellite programming for nine broadcasters in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, making it the largest FM radio network in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Its quality of sound, amplified and processed by modern digital equipment and with careful research in the choice of each sound that goes on air, are some of the differences that make Maisnova one of the largest networks in the country and the largest in the state.Another difference is good taste and the constant search for the original, through periodic surveys that seek to identify the tastes and preferences of listeners. Therefore, a song always has to do with one another, which always has to do with the listener. The dynamic programming of the Maisnova FM network, from the beginning, established constant interactivity between DJs and listeners, while operating the equipment. The fusion of announcer and operator adds swing and rhythm to the schedule, transmitting a young image to an audience that reaches classes A/B/C but also classes D/E.
